The biggest pregnancy mistake is not preparing for life after birth…

You’re getting everything ready for baby, but what about you?

You’re the most important piece of this puzzle – let’s get you ready too.

Start preparing now ↓

Most expecting moms are led to believe that….

  • Doing an antenatal class is enough prep
  • Motherhood just comes naturally
  • Baby shopping, birth prep and a cute nursery = ready
  • Reading a book or saving IG tips is all you need

It couldn’t be further from the truth…

Honestly? Motherhood doesn’t just come naturally.

It’s a massive mental and physical shift. And trying to figure it all out on 2 hours of broken sleep, makes everything feel 10x harder.

There’s a lot no one talks about – like:

  • The weird (but totally normal) body changes
  • How to actually let your partner help
  • Decoding your baby’s cries without panic-Googling at 2am
  • Post-birth admin no one warned you about
  • Monthly costs you probably haven’t budgeted for

Knowing all this before baby arrives means fewer surprises, less stress, and way more confidence.

I don’t add to the mom advice, I simplify it.

I share everything you need to know about postpartum – in one place, in the right order.

Binge it all in one evening, or take it at your own pace.

Refer back to anything, anytime.

You won’t have to:
❌ Save a bunch of “helpful” IG videos you’ll never find again
❌ Ask your mom group 17 questions a day
❌ Follow more moms online hoping they’ll post the answers you need
❌ Force yourself to finish a long, boring parenting book

I’ve done all the thinking, planning and organizing – so you don’t have to. ↓

“The Post-birth Survival Kit helped me prepare better for my 2nd baby” – Chante

Watch her quick video to hear why.

Hello, I’m Daniella!

With my first pregnancy, I spent so much time getting everything ready for the baby… but never once thought about preparing myself.

Maybe preggy brain got the best of me – but honestly, no one ever told me I could prepare to become a mom. I just assumed it would all come naturally?! It looked like it did for everyone else…

But once I became a mom, the new mom anxiety kicked in – and so did the hundred questions a day.

I ended up creating a WhatsApp group with other new moms, just to feel a little less alone. Turns out, we all had the same questions. And that’s how I figured out most of motherhood – by leaning on them, one message at a time.

There was so much I learnt on the fly that I wish someone had told me beforehand. It would’ve made life so much easier. That’s when I decided to start sharing it – so no one else had to feel as lost and unsure as I did.

Motherhood is beautiful, but it’s also messy and tough. And there’s a lot I can tell you to make those early weeks easier – when you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and just trying to figure out how to blend your new life with your old one.

Grab everything you need inside this kit. You don’t have to do it alone.

A few things you might be wondering…

They’re digital PDFs. As soon as you buy, they land in your inbox and you can open them on your phone, laptop or iPad. If you’re someone who likes paper, you can absolutely print it out too.

The easiest way is to email me at letschat@helloma.co.za and we’ll sort it out manually.

This way, you can include a custom message and I’ll send the guides directly to the person with your message included.

You can grab them before you’re even pregnant! But here’s a guide for timing:

  • Planning to start a family? → Get the South African Pregnancy Guide so you’re ready from the moment you see those two lines.
  • In your first trimester? → Definitely get the South African Pregnancy Guide.
  • Starting to buy baby stuff? → It’s time for the Baby Shopping Guides!
  • Second trimester and beyond? → Grab the Post-Birth Survival Kit now so you can prep for life after birth before things get hectic.

Yes!

The guides are packed with information that helps you feel confident, ask the right questions, and make informed decisions – wherever you are in the world.

That being said, we do refer to South African products and include links to local shops, so you might need to source similar alternatives in your own country.

Everything inside this guide comes from what I’ve personally experienced, plus what I’ve learnt from other moms, trusted sources, and professionals I’ve spoken to over the years.

I don’t offer medical advice.

The guide is there to help you feel informed and confident, but when it comes to medical decisions, your gynae or paediatrician should always be the ones you consult.

Delivery of the guides to your mailbox is instant, but sometimes certain email providers take a little longer to deliver our emails, and others might tuck them away in your Promotions or Spam folder.

If you still can’t find your guides after a few minutes, just pop me an email at letschat@helloma.co.za with your order number or invoice, and I’ll send them straight to you.

Please note: I’ll get back to you as soon as possible during office hours, so there might be a short wait if you message outside those times.

Because this is a digital product that’s delivered instantly, I unfortunately can’t offer refunds.

If you’re unsure about anything or have any questions, you’re always welcome to email me at letschat@helloma.

So you can feel completely comfortable before grabbing it.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.
