Pregnancy made simple.
Trimester by trimester.

The South African pregnancy guide that takes you from “am I even doing this right?” to “oh wait, I’ve actually got this.”

Google less. Worry less. Actually enjoy being pregnant.

1,380+ South African moms have already used it.

Previously known as the First-Time Ma Bundle, now fully upgraded.

“The little and bigger things that no one really tells you about, but you’re kinda just expected to know.”

// that’s exactly what this guide is for

// be honest, is this you right now?

The mental load no one warned you about.

It’s 2am and you’re Googling your latest symptom to check if it’s normal. Again.

Your phone is full of saved posts and TikToks you’re probably never going to look at again. (Let’s be honest)

You’ve tried piecing things together from random moms online, your mom, and the group chat.

But you’re quietly worried you’ve already missed something important.

You’re getting loads of advice. Just not the actual answers you need.

// what you’ve been missing

When you have the right information at the right time…

You know exactly what to do now, what’s next, and what can happily wait.

When something new happens with your body, you know in seconds if it’s totally normal or if it’s time to phone your gynae.

Nothing slips through the cracks. You’re not just on top of it all, you’re actually ahead of it.

You plan ahead and easily get things done.

You don’t have a menty B at 2am, drown in random mom advice, or fish through twenty open tabs.

You just grab your phone, read the guide, do, and get on with your day.

Over 1,380 South African moms used the previous version. This one’s even better.

// what this actually is

Say hello to your pregnancy guide.

It’s not a massive baby book you have to read cover to cover. (Who’s got the time?)

It’s not your mom’s outdated advice, and it’s definitely not ChatGPT generic advice.

It’s a clear, easy-to-follow roadmap that walks you through pregnancy step by step.

Honest, up to date, and 100% South African. The kind of stuff most moms only figure out after they’ve already been through it.

Open it at the stage you’re in. Read that bit. Do what needs doing. Close it. Carry on with life.

One mom said it felt like a friend explaining everything. That’s exactly what I was going for.

Ready for nine months of a much easier pregnancy?

Instant access. One-time payment. Yours forever.

// everything you need for nine months, for less than half the price of your first gynae consult.

// here’s exactly what you get

The answers you’ve been looking for:

Three digital PDF guides. One for each trimester.

✔️ Before your first scan. First steps, what to change, which supplements actually matter, and how to prep so you don’t walk in clueless.

✔️ Every symptom, explained. What’s normal, what’s not, and exactly when to call your gynae. (You can stop interrogating Dr Google now.)

✔️ The fun stuff, sorted. When to spill the news, gender reveal and baby shower ideas, checklists, and how to set up your registry without the faff.

✔️ Every scan and test, mapped out. What’s happening when, and what to actually write in your diary.

✔️ SA pregnancy costs, exposed. Scans, bloods, vaccinations, birth fees, the whole shebang. With screenshots of what medical aid actually doesn’t cover.

✔️ Actually preparing for birth. Signs of labour, when to go in, what to pack, real birth stories, hospital insights, all of it.

✔️ The before-baby checklists. Because a cute nursery and a packed hospital bag is not enough. There’s a lot more to do before baby comes.

🎁 BONUS: the NICU guide. The one nobody wants to need, but you’ll be so grateful it’s there if you do. Written from my own NICU days with Annabella.

And a lot more.

// nosy? good. come look inside

Want to see inside before you buy?

Fair enough. Press play and I’ll walk you through the whole guide myself, so you know exactly what you’re getting.

// the ones who got it too late

“I wish I’d had this sooner.”

I hear it every single time.

Don’t be the one typing that into my DMs in your third trimester. 😉

If you’re ready for a calmer, clearer pregnancy, start now.

Every week you wait is a week of calm you don’t get back.

Don’t wait and end up with those kinda RAGRETS 😉

// hi, it’s me, the ma who made this

Hello, I’m Daniella.

Can I tell you something I don’t really admit out loud?

My first pregnancy was the one that looked perfect. Textbook. Nothing wrong on paper. And I spent the whole thing quietly losing my mind.

I was anxious from day one. Every new symptom sent me Googling, I left every gynae appointment with more questions than answers, and I lay awake convinced I’d missed things everyone else somehow just knew.

And here’s the part that actually stung. I didn’t enjoy it as much as I thought I would because I was too busy trying to figure it all out, which made me so overwhelmed.

Four pregnancies, two losses, and a fourth with daily injections and worse symptoms than all of them combined later, you’d think that one would’ve broken me.

It didn’t. It was the calmest, easiest of the lot. Not because I’d become some pregnancy pro (I promise you I have not), but because I finally had it all written down, in order, at the right time.

When something new and weird happened, and it always does, I knew exactly where to look instead of spiralling at 2am.

That’s the whole reason this guide exists. So you don’t waste your whole pregnancy worrying like I did.

If you want to actually enjoy pregnancy and know what to do, you’re in the right place. Happy to have you here!

“Pregnancy is so much easier with clear, South African specific advice like this that you can trust.”

“Hello Ma was such a relief during my pregnancy! As a first-time mom, I felt totally confused by all the advice out there, but this pregnancy guide really stood out. It offered clear, practical, and reassuring guidance specifically for South African moms-to-be.

What I loved most was how it covered the essentials you don’t think of – like setting up your medical aid. I had no idea where to start with that!

This guide made my pregnancy so much easier, and I’d recommend it to any first-time mom who needs clear, South African specific advice they can trust!” – Thandile Chinyavanhu

// last thing before you go

You can keep Googling at 2am.
Or you can have the plan.

You can keep Googling at 2am. Or you can have the plan.

Nine months from now, you’ve either spent the whole time piecing together advice from strangers and hoping you didn’t miss anything…

…or you opened the guides, read that bit, did what needed to be done, and actually enjoyed your pregnancy.

Honestly? The easier option is right here. Let’s get you started.

Everything you need for nine months, for less than the price of one gynae consult.

// the stuff you’re probably wondering

A few things moms ask before they buy.

Honestly? You can find bits of it. That’s exactly the problem. You’ll spend hours stitching together random posts, half of them American, in the wrong order, never quite sure what to trust. This is all of it. Sorted, in the right order, properly South African. You’re not paying for information. You’re buying back your time and your peace of mind.

They’re digital PDFs. As soon as you buy, they land in your inbox and you can open them on your phone, laptop or iPad. If you’re someone who likes paper, you can absolutely print it out too.

The First-Time Ma Bundle had a pregnancy guide and a breastfeeding and pumping guide inside it.

This Pregnancy Guide is basically the upgraded, bigger sister of that original pregnancy guide. I’ve completely reworked it, split it into three trimester-based guides, and added more clarity, more detail, and more depth.

I created the new version while going through my fourth pregnancy, so everything was written in real time. I was taking notes as things were happening, which means it’s clearer, more detailed, and more emotional support.

The breastfeeding guide isn’t included in this one anymore because it makes more sense as part of postpartum support. This guide now focuses purely on pregnancy so you’re not overwhelmed with information you don’t need yet.

If you have the First-Time Ma Bundle already and you’re still early in your pregnancy, you could definitely grab this version and you wouldn’t be disappointed.

But if you already have the current First-Time Ma Bundle, you’re still in very good hands.

If you bought the First-Time Ma Bundle within 30 days of this launch, just email me with your order number and I’ll sort you out with access to the updated version.

If you bought it earlier and want the upgraded version, you’ll have to buy it.

Honestly? Before you even fall pregnant.

But it’s never too late. Just open the trimester you’re in and start there.

Most moms who buy later tell me the same thing, they wish they had it from day one.

Not at all. That’s exactly why it’s split trimester by trimester. You can jump straight to where you are and still get full value from it.

The guide is written specifically for South African moms, especially when it comes to medical aid, costs and how our healthcare system works.

If you live elsewhere, the symptom guidance, birth prep and general pregnancy info will still be helpful, but some of the cost and medical aid bits won’t apply to you.

Honest answer? I’m not a doctor, and I’d never pretend to be. This guide will never replace your gynae, and it’s not meant to.

What it is: everything I learnt across four pregnancies, properly researched, and explained like the big sister who’s been there, in plain language. The stuff your gynae doesn’t always have time to talk you through.

Anything medical, I’ll always point you straight back to your gynae. Think of this as your map. Your gynae is still the one you call when you need her.

The easiest way is to email me at letschat@helloma.co.za and we’ll sort it out manually.

This way, you can include a custom message and I’ll send the guides directly to the person with your message included.

Delivery of the guides to your mailbox is instant, but sometimes certain email providers take a little longer to deliver our emails, and others might tuck them away in your Promotions or Spam folder.

If you still can’t find your guides after a few minutes, just pop me an email at letschat@helloma.co.za with your order number or invoice, and I’ll send them straight to you.

Please note: I’ll get back to you as soon as possible during office hours, so there might be a short wait if you message outside those times.

It’s a digital product, so all sales are final once it’s in your hands. But here’s my honest take. If you genuinely bought it, opened it, and felt like it gave you nothing? Email me. I’m a real person and I don’t want money that didn’t actually help you.
